Parallax Launch Desktop and Mobile Websites for Town Centre Car Parks

You might have seen our blog post in July about a photoshoot we did for a Leeds based client – now you can see the results!

Leeds and Manchester car parking provider Town Centre Car Parks asked us to design, build, write content and photograph images for their brand new desktop and mobile websites and we’re proud to unveil the results.

The new desktop site has maps and directions to each of their car parks and season ticket enquiry functionality. There’s a blog where TCCP can share their latest news with their customers and social media functionality so that customers can view the latest car park rates and offers on the firm’s Facebook and Twitter pages and share them with friends and family.

Both sites have all of the same great features and use HTML5 geolocator so that users can find their nearest TCCP car park on the go! In the future we also plan to integrate TCCP’s Parking Management System and pre-booking facility in to the site to make parking even easier.

TCCP’s Managing Director, Ben Ziff, says he’s thrilled with the finished websites: ‘I think our customers are really going to enjoy the features on our new desktop and mobile websites. Hopefully it will save them some money too as they’ll be able to easily find out about our latest parking offers and deals!

‘We’ve been really impressed with the team at Snapshot Media. They’ve concentrated a lot on user experience and the results are fantastic. They’ve dealt quickly and efficiently with every query we’ve had and we’re really proud of our new websites.’

Search Engine Ranking Improvements

When we initially pitched to Town Centre Car Parks, we included a few key statistics about where they were ranking for various related keywords on Google, one of them being “parking Leeds”. With the launch of the new site, we’ve seen the site’s ranking increase from 58th at the time of pitching to 15th almost overnight as a result of the new site going live.

We’ll be working with TCCP to improve this even further over the coming months – it does go to show that good quality content and great on-site optimisation as well as a beautiful website do still have a big part to play in terms of where a business ranks on Google.

It’s been a pleasure to work with such a great Leeds business and we’d like to thank all of the models that took part in the photo shoot. What do you think of the new websites? Let us know in the comments below.
