Wanted: Senior-level Javascript and PHP Developer in Leeds

We are looking for a perfectionist with 3+ years of experience writing web applications. Our perfect candidate would need to be able to work independently & write scalable software and services. £35k+ salary, dependent upon experience.

The successful candidate will be based in our (very cool!) city centre office in Leeds.

Here’s a few requirements:

JavaScript, jQuery, solid knowledge of an MVC framework such as Angular/Knockout.
MVC PHP expertise.
Object oriented programming
Able to spec web applications and drive product definitions.
Experience building bespoke eCommerce.
Experience of integrating into external APIs.
HTML/CSS experience.
Solid management, social and communication skills.
Linux admin skills are a must; Apache, MySQL, nginx, Varnish

Bonus points:

Experience using PHP 5.3+.
Knowledge of CakePHP

A git repo for every project.
Automated build system using SauceLabs. We boot up 20 Virtual Machines on each commit to run all our integration tests!
Live videos of tests running with breakpoints.
SASS & Compass.
MVC throughout.
Integrated bug tracking & build management.
